After all the publicity surrounding Apple’s new iPhone the public opinion is in, and people are sorely disappointed in the device. Making it similar in reputation to the Edsel car which received it’s bad name after a former Ford family member dodged the draft, or the New Coke which really tasted like Pepsi. Still despite the reviews, the Apple iPhone has generated an absurd amount of revenue for Apple. Evidently, consumers are interested in just how bad a cell phone could be.
Does It Blend Well With Others?
In 2007 there was a video of a salesman putting the iPhone in a blender then turning it on, this made it one of the most watched video clips on the internet. This demonstration was a display of the blenders power, but he also obviously intended it to show is distaste for the Apple iPhone as well. The fact that the video went viral and became so popular, (more so than the Blendtec blender he was selling), means that many others seemed to agree with this particular review on Apples new iPhone.
